What are my shipping options?

All standard shipping is FREE for orders of $100 or more in the US and sent via USPS.  Depending on location, shipping takes 2-6 days. Please keep in mind that the USPS is currently experiencing delays due to the COVID virus.

Need it faster?

Select priority shipping during the checkout process for expedited 1-3 day shipping for a fee.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

What is the return policy?

We hope that you are just as in love with your purchase as we were with creating it for you! However, in the event that you are not in love, or an item doesn’t fit, regular priced items purchased on shoplausanne.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Returns after the 14 day period are eligible for store credit up to 30 days after receipt. 

We strive for the up-most quality with all products, but in the unexpected event of a break or damage please let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

All CUSTOM made items are FINAL SALE.

All sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Whether returning or exchanging, all items must be unworn and boxed in their original packaging and condition (showing no signs of wear.)

Before shipping your item back, reach out to us at hello@shoplausanne.com with your return request. You will then be issued a return authorization number and shipping instructions.  

Please do not send in your item for return without receiving this RA# first (no refund will be granted without return authorization.)   Shop Lausanne is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

A refund or the exchange item will be issued when the original purchase is received in its original, unworn state.

Refunds and exchanges do not include shipping charges in either direction.

Items sold in person at specialty events cannot be returned or exchanged.
