An item I want is sold out, when will it be back?

The best way to stay in the know is to send us an email at hello@shoplausanne.com and let us know the style and size you’d love but didn’t get a chance to snag before it sold out.  No commitments required, we’ll simply let you know a time frame you can expect it to be restocked within, as well as a reminder email once it’s back.  We’d love you to get exactly what you want, so don’t be shy!

There’s a style I like, but it’s not available in my metal of preference….

 Let us know! If at all possible, we’d love to be able to get it in stock for you. Send us a message at hello@shoplausanne.com and we’ll do our best to make it available. 

Are the pictures online to scale?

All images shown on a model are the real deal and to scale. We try our best to supply photographs that accurately depict the item, including showing the smallest details. In some cases that means the images are magnified for easier visibility. We like to provide so many views to give you the truest sense of scale and proportion as well as including dimensions in the product descriptions. If you have any questions regarding the size of a style, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@lausannejewelry.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Does the jewelry come with a box? 

Heck yes girlfriend! Each order arrives in a beautiful and giftable jewelry box.  Underneath the padding inside is also a small air-tight baggie to store your jewelry in when not in the box to help prolong the brilliant shine and keep it safe from scratching against other surfaces.

Can you gift wrap?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide additional gift wrapping beyond the already chic jewelry box your items come in at this time.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

 First off, our sincere apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to hello@shoplausanne.com and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you right away.

Will my rings make my fingers turn green?

No, our rings shouldn't ever turn fingers green. That being said everyone does react differently to metal. Green fingers, however, are usually the result of bronze or copper rings which are not metals we use.

Where are you located, and do you have a storefront?

 We are currently located in Santa Monica, California. No storefront at this time which means we lovingly inspect and hand-package each and every item before sending it on its way.  We are stocked at other lovely boutiques though!  Take a look at our stockist listing here to visit in person.

We occasionally do fun pop-up events, to see us in person make sure to sign up for our newsletter so we can let you know about upcoming special events.
