What are my shipping options?
All standard shipping is FREE for orders in the US and sent via USPS. Depending on location, shipping takes 2-6 days barring any unforeseen delays from USPS.
International orders are shipped via DHL. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all import taxes and duties calculated at checkout.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Be sure to check your spam folder too.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note the receiver is responsible for paying any applicable import taxes up front and all international orders are FINAL SALE. Systematically I'm unable to process return labels or refunds for the international sales so if you have any questions prior to purchase please don't hesitate to reach out.
What is the return policy?
It's my hope that you will absolutely love your purchase. However, in the event that you do not, or an item doesn't fit, all REGULAR priced vermeil or silver jewelry items ordered online within the US can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that any items marked down on sale or purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges may be made for these. If you have any questions before making a selection please don't hesitate to reach out and I'm happy to help.
Whether returning or exchanging, all items must be unworn and boxed in their original condition (showing no signs of wear.)
Before shipping your item back, reach out to me at hello@shoplausanne.com with your return request and I'll give you shipping instructions. Once received, a refund or the exchange item will be issued.
For US orders pre-paid return shipping labels will be provided.
Shop Lausanne is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
